Anthir are based in the west of Greece where they grow all their herbs organically and gently dry them to produce superior quality herbs for use both as infusions and in cooking.

Lemon Balm (melisohorto) makes a delicious and calming tea said to help with stress and anxiety. It is less commonly used in cooking but is good in ice cream and other puddings.
