Eggplant Croquettes - 1kg - Tanis

In deep fryer:
Preheat the oil to 180 °C.
Place the product directly into the fryer from the freezer.
Fry for approximately 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
Once golden brown, remove and serve.

Ingredients:
Roasted Greek eggplants 32%, wheat-based ingredients [contain GLUTEN], semi-hard cheese [contains MILK], potatoes or potato preparation [contains SULPHITES], modified starch, water, salt, sugar, herbs and spices.

Allergens present: GLUTEN, MILK and SULPHITES.

May contain traces of: SOYBEANS, MUSTARD and LUPIN.

Produced in a facility that also handles EGGS, CELERY, SESAME SEEDS, MOLLUSCS, CRUSTACEANS, FISH, PEANUTS and NUTS.

Storage: keep frozen at –18 °C.
