The organic Cretan white balsamic vinegar is made from 60% vinegar and 40% grape must, both produced from soultana grapes grown in Agrimanakis estates in Tefeli. Made from natural ingredients, with no preservatives or chemical additives, this balsamic sauce has a really authentic taste. It is an ideal and healthy choice to add flavour to your salads, sauces, meats and vegetables.
