B2B supplies are managed in compliance with current European and Italian regulations regarding food safety, hygiene, traceability, labelling and proper product storage.

In particular, where applicable, the products handled are subject to the main European regulatory references, including:

• Regulation (EC) No 178/2002, concerning the general principles of food law and the traceability of the supply chain;
• Regulation (EC) No 852/2004, concerning the hygiene of foodstuffs;
• Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, concerning the provision of food information to consumers and labelling;
• Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, concerning materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

The products supplied are accompanied, where required, by the necessary information for product identification, such as batch number, expiry date or best-before date, storage conditions and available technical documentation.

For fresh, refrigerated or frozen products, logistics are assessed on a case-by-case basis, in compliance with the temperatures and transport conditions indicated by the producer.
